TERMS OF USE – CORELAB

• Terms of Use

  This Terms of Use (“Terms”), shall be valid for the user from the date of registration and acceptance of these terms, which will govern the legal relationship between the engineer/company wishing to use the platform, herein referred to as “User” and CORELAB headquartered in the City of Londrina/Paraná, at AV. JOSÉ GABRIEL DE OLIVEIRA, 999, TORRE 1 APTO 402, registered with CNPJ/ME under no 22.427.845/0001-09 (“CORELAB” or Platform), which will establish the terms of use and service provision to the User.

• Acceptance of Terms

  Access to the CORELAB Platform, as well as its effective use, implies acceptance by the User of these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, regardless of whether their registration in the System is completed. This acceptance is confirmed by selecting the checkbox corresponding to the option “I Accept the Terms”, at which time the User expresses their free, explicit, and unequivocal consent regarding the content of this document.

• The Objective

  The objective of these Terms is to make available the project management service through computerized management of documents, files, and projects entered into the system by the User. It also establishes the conditions of use to be observed by the User for utilizing the Platform.

• Platform Functionality

  The CORELAB Platform consists of a user-friendly system that provides a virtual environment for the User to effectively manage the development stages of their construction projects. Integrating all information, documents, and files in a single environment, which can be accessed by Users at any time.

• User Obligations and Responsibilities

  Upon registering, the User must enter credit card details to be charged the monthly subscription fees on a recurring basis, under penalty of having their registration denied or cancelled.

• CORELAB Obligations and Responsibilities

  CORELAB will provide the Project Management Platform with the standards and descriptions set out in these Terms.

• Pricing and Payment Methods

  CORELAB will offer new users a free trial period of the Platform for a limited duration of two months.

• Intellectual Property

  All rights related to the CORELAB Platform and its functionalities are the exclusive property of CORELAB, including but not limited to its texts, images, layouts, software, codes, databases, graphics, articles, photographs, and other content produced directly or indirectly by CORELAB.

• General Data Protection Law

  The processing of personal data will occur in accordance with the legal bases provided in the cases of Art. 7 of Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) to which the services will be subject, and for legitimate, specific, explicit, and informed purposes to the holder, in compliance with current legislation.

• Cancellation

  The User may cancel their subscription at any time. The User must cancel their subscription before the renewal to avoid being charged for the subscription price in the next billing cycle.

• Prohibitions

  Navigation or use of the site and application is only intended for the purposes set out in this instrument, and its use for storing, distributing, transmitting or reproducing files, messages, images, computer programs, applications or any other materials that violate third-party rights is prohibited.

• Availability

  CORELAB strives to keep access to the site and application available at all times, but does not guarantee that the system will be free of faults, interruptions, technical problems or unavailability.

• General Provisions

  All communications sent by the User to CORELAB will be considered fully valid when made in writing and delivered via email to: [email protected]

• Legislation and Jurisdiction

  All items of these Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil. For all matters related to the interpretation, compliance, or any other query related to these Terms of Use, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of the District of Londrina/PR.
